Airtel — about iphone claim

Hi,
I have received a text message from airtel stating the estimate value for my handset iphone 7 plus repair
Is 31500 rs, so i called the apple store in cannaught place and they informed me that the handset swap amount from apple store is 27000 rs however, the display replacement amount from apple store is 17000 rs. So in order to get the more clear picture of the estimated value i tried to contact airtel on 121 but they simply said that they can only provide us with the status of claim but they cannot give the more detailed information about the estimated amount so i called the one assist who is indirectly linked to airtel secure said the same thing that they can only provide the status for the claim but they cannot provide the break down for the estimated amount however they gave me an unacceptable statement that why am i worried about that amount as i am no one who needs to pay that off it will be paid by the insurance company which is unbelievable. So i tried to find out the direct number for airtel secure claim to get my issue resolved but there is no such complaint number or contact number for my issue, i have been revolved along but didnt got my issue resolved neither any information on the break down of the huge amount.
