Dear sir/madam,
this is inform to u that i am an existing postpaid customer for airtel with the mobile number [protected].recently i visited one of our airtel store in srikakulam andhrapradesh..for changing my existing post paid plan to unlimited calls lan...during the process they had collected documents from me also...but today they informed me that there are 9 connections on my name..so they are unable to change my postpaid connection..i had previously applied for the connection for vizianagaram branch of our airtel...they called me amd requested for documents...as i followed their instructions...i thought they were the persons who made misuse of my proofs..and offered new connections for proofless persons...finally i am the victim for their mistakes...\
i kindly request the airtel search my previous records of bill payments and other things which is your process and make me favour...i want the connection on my name only ..i dont want to submit any other ersons documents
i need immediatly response from your side...being an airtel customer i am demanding...i want to use only airtel
