I am Molla Abdur Rouf as a airtel custmer my number is [protected].on 24/03/15 I change my number post paid to prepaid . also i am clear my all due amount 245.00. Transaction Id number is[protected] on SYTAYAM COMM in Chandanagar I submit my all document on SYTAYAM COMM in Chandanagar .datae on 24/03/15 time 14.57 pm And he give me a airtel sim .the sim number is[protected] H 1 .. but 28/03/15 my post paid number is stop .without open my prepaid number . I also compliant on post paid department on this matter but no result . my complaint id is[protected]th march. When i contract prepaid department they say their is no record about this number . Please help me to open my number .[protected] If prepaid is not possible please open post paid Molla Abdur Rouf [protected] my alt num [protected]
