Airtel — about subscription / unsubscription status | |||||
Hello i am an airtel postpaid customer from past 10 years... I wanted to change my bill plan to 499 unlimited calls and 20gb data. I am not able to do so due to some error from network in my airtel app which says `your request for subscription / unsubscription is in progress. Pls wait few minutes' i see this mesg from 2 weeks... I called customer care 4 times and they always say my request us forwarded to technical team and it will be resolved in 24hrs... Till now my issue is not resolved... I'm bit upset with the service fir a platinum customer like me so i'm escalating this to be resolved soon...
