[Resolved] Airtel — Activation issue | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam, I want to lodge a complaint regarding my new connection at airtel.(Mobile no-[protected]) I took a new connection from airtel 10 days ago. Still the number is not been activated . I have submitted all my documents to the airtel store and I have visited the airtel store regarding this twice.I have made around 10 to 15 calls to the customer care still it is not getting activated. Today they told me that again I have to visit airtel store and give the documents again. When I asked for the reason why it is getting rejected they bluntly reply me that they don't no. Please sir/ Mam I request you all to help me in this matter. I am providing the details below of store : Address:Airtel Store, Shop no 24/25, West end mall, Janakpuri, New-Delhi-110058.
