Airtel DTH have activated add of Google Pay after changing every channel on DTH connection, it appears on the upper right side of the screen. This add getting activated without intimating to customer and to deactivate customer has to call at customer service which is wastage of time and energy. Why customer should call for deactivation? Its not customer fault. Secondly its not getting deactivated instantly after complaining to customer service, they register complain and it takes 48 hours.
Call was made on 5-December-2018, approximately time 8:10 PM from my mobile number [protected] and it was landed on Mr. Amit (Customer Care Executive) he was not listening and not attentive on call, I repeateded my concern he took permission and kept my call on hold and disconnected.
Again I called and landed on Mr. Shivdeep (Customer Care Executive), after request he transferred call to Senior Supervisor Mr. Saurabh Tiwari and finally call transferred to Unit Manager Mr. Rushabh.
Customer is taking connection for entertainment and not to see adds. This might be the tie-up with Airtel and Google, but they should not display adds without customer confirmation or concern.
There are senior citizens in family who are fed-up with this add. I have to call and have to spend more than 40 minutes for this. Is Airtel DTH is going to pay compensation for this harassment. I have to unnecessary invest my valuable time and energy without any fault.
