Sir, Humbly and respectfully, it is to request that I have been enjoying the esteemed Airtel prepaid connection services via no.[protected] since 2004 but the same has been deactivated without any notice. On contactin your good office at Hoshiarpur, I have given to understand that there is a problem with SIM and is required to be issued fresh. Therefore, on some payment, a new SIM has been issued but to my dismay, despite of best efforts by your Hoshiarpur office the SIM and number[protected] could not be made functional and activated till this date even after more than a fortnight period elapsed. You are requested to be kind enough to solve my problem and oblige since I want to retain this number and your best services, please. Kind regards Ravinder Kumar Gulati.
