I got a call from customer care executive but that was of no use. I have provided all the evidences of not using the data beyond the limit as per the message recevied by me but Airtel is not ready to deduct 500Rs from my bill.
Can you please let me know when this issue will get resolved as my bill payment end date is about to reach.
