[Resolved]  Airtel — Address Modification

Dear Sir, My mobile number is[protected], as since 3 months I am doing follow up in customer service airtel and gallery at parel east, airtel express and person name is Mr Tusshar. Since september 2014, I submit my adhar card and my addition of address and my building number is not mentioned only flat number and floor number. There are 10 buildings in my socity with same floor and flat, so letter doesnt come to me. Parel gallery lost my form. I followed customer service and till date only one line " shama kijijyega aap ko kasht hua, aapko 72 hours me call ayega, and till today date the same thing going. I again submitted my adhar card to Mr. Tushar in parel gallery airtel express, next to dominos pizza. Last week I got the call from Ms. Nitu from airtel, that she will update my address and its still not done. Today again customer service, lady said " shama kijiye aapko taklif hui, aapko 72 hrs me call ayega". Sir, is it right that such a branded name of airtel and we are getting services from customers and galleries like this.
