[Resolved] Airtel — After 7 days 4G sim not activated

I'm already have a 3g sim. On last saturday i bought a 4g to upgrade my sim. Still it not active. When i called costumer care they told me we don't know about that just contact where you are bought that sim card. When i contact the retailer they told me it will activate just wait. I'm waiting more than six days. I have done that the upgrading procedures like sim. But it says your request is processing for passed previous 6 days. I just want to upgrade it immediately.
