[Resolved]  Airtel — against illegitimate deactivation of airtel prepaid connection

Dear sir / madam,
My name is mukund sharma. I am a serving military officer presently posted to a remote area in rajasthan. Few days before (In september 2017), i had bought an airtel sim [protected] primarily for internet connection so as to do away with frequent switching over of sim from mobile handset to the internet device. I took a regular 6 months pre-paid plan (For an amount of rs. 293/-) for broadband connection. Although i had paid the full amount in advance itself but still my connection was snapped off in an illegitimate manner without citing any valid reasons. I have been running to the dealer shop since last 7 days (Since 20 nov 17) but he also seems to be helpless. After waiting for quite a long time, now i do not have any other option but to resort to filing a written complaint. By virtue of being a responsible officer of the indian military, i am supposed to follow the orders of my superiors in the most befitting manner for which i need to travel very frequently to different places within a short notice of time.in such a situation it is quite difficult to function efficiently without regular telecommunication services.in view of the aforesaid narration your good self is requested to look into the matter and re-instate my internet services at earliest.
