[Resolved] Airtel — against illegitimate deactivation of airtel prepaid connection | |||
Dear sir / madam, My name is mukund sharma. I am a serving military officer presently posted to a remote area in rajasthan. Few days before (In september 2017), i had bought an airtel sim [protected] primarily for internet connection so as to do away with frequent switching over of sim from mobile handset to the internet device. I took a regular 6 months pre-paid plan (For an amount of rs. 293/-) for broadband connection. Although i had paid the full amount in advance itself but still my connection was snapped off in an illegitimate manner without citing any valid reasons. I have been running to the dealer shop since last 7 days (Since 20 nov 17) but he also seems to be helpless. After waiting for quite a long time, now i do not have any other option but to resort to filing a written complaint. By virtue of being a responsible officer of the indian military, i am supposed to follow the orders of my superiors in the most befitting manner for which i need to travel very frequently to different places within a short notice of time.in such a situation it is quite difficult to function efficiently without regular telecommunication services.in view of the aforesaid narration your good self is requested to look into the matter and re-instate my internet services at earliest. Dec 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved No action has been taken by the company in respect of my complaint till date. Not expected from a reputed company. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
