Dear sir,
I am using airtel 3g data ([protected]) service from last three year.I had done all bill payment on time without delay.
From last 2-3 month i am not received any bill through e-mail or by post.So without bill how i can make your payment, so please guide me.
I am asking one question - who is responsible for bill generate & send to user, is there no feed back system, if payment is not coming, than no body is available for reminder.
I am trying to connect data card from last 2 days, but data card not connect.So today i am asking to our support person about the same, then he suggest me to call to customer care for help.
Then i have been contacted to customer care (Mr.Gurpreet singh [protected]) and he said that 'your service has been stop due to payment'
My question is same "without bill how i can make payment & who is responsible for my losses due to data service"
How you can stop service withot notice, i have not received any call from your person.
Before this incident, my opinion is airtel is a good service provider, also i am using your number for calling (Post paid)
