[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel-4g home wifi new connection not started

I required a broadband connection for my office i raise a request on your site your representative from noverto business services pvt ltd. Contacted me on 6 th jul and deliver me a instrument with a sim also i give him rs-2500/-my photo and my id proof for connection and he promise me that this connection is start working within 24 hours but till today its not working when i try to call him his phone is switch off, then i call to his office they said they did not have any information regarding this, then i call to your call center they want 10 digit sim number but the sim is a without n sim.

Today when i call to him he said i check it.

Now, pl tell me what should i do, i think i am cheated by them. I want my money back and i did not want any connection from airtel.
