[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel 4G Hotspot WiFi

Hi Sir,

I have purchased a new connection of AIRTEL 4G Hotspot Wifi with 5GB plan. At the time of purchase i was told by the executive that there is a plan where for first three months i will get double of what i opt and from the fourth month it will be normalised.

So the plan activated on my number is 5GB+5GB. I have the written slip for the same. Now when the device is activated and when i confirmed from the customer executive they deny on any such plan. They are saying that there is no such plan.

I have never denied for any payment or i never asked for any special offer, this offer was communicated to me and now the customer executives are denying on what they said.

Why i was misguided with wrong information?
This is something which i cannot tolerate as a customer. Being such a big Brand is this the way how you treat your customers?
Is misguiding the customers your way to success?

I do not know what plan is going on in AIRTEL. I want what was committed to me or i will raise your complaint to consumer forum.
