I have recharged my mobile number with Rs.263 4G internet plan on 19/3/2016 08:28 PM through Paytm. After message confirmation for my recharge, I started using 4G internet from my phone(Redmi 2 prime - in LTE network mode).
After using for about 1 hour, I wasn't able to connect to internet. On checking my balance I was shocked to see that it reduced to Rs. 0.00. I was having Rs.124 in my main balance. In this situation, I can't even call to customer support to inquire the problem. On reaching home, I called the customer care number from another airtel number and I asked the reason for deduction from my main balance even though I had 1GB 4G internet data available. Their reply was even more shocking to me. They said that the 1GB data is only for 4G network and if the network switches from 4G to 3G or 2G charges will be deducted from main balance. If they don't have proper 4G network bandwidth whether it is my fault to opt for higher end services. If you claim that you provide 4G services then you should have the coverage everywhere. I felt cheated on that day and I was mentally disturbed by their worst services. The customer care executive attending the call was so rude that even opted me to do Portability and change to some other network.
I am posting my experience here so that a strict action is taken on Airtel for faking people in the name of 4G. I hope no one should be cheated like this hereafter.

What you are going to resolve, please be clear. Are you going to refund that amount that is deducted. I don't want to continue this posts without any use. So just mention here if you can fix this or not.
