I am totally unsatisfied of response from Airtel regarding their 4G device and internet service. I have been cheated on the grounds of my customer rights and upon raising my issue I got abusive replies from Airtel partner at Faridabad. Further, there is no constructive response from airtel customer care. Now I have suffered a lot due to low level customer service from Airtel, I am forced to bring my issue to the notice of consumer help avenues for bringing justice to me and several others who might be current or future victims of Airtel's unrealistic boasting of 4G coverage and services.
1. They did not show any demonstration at my home even upon asking for it and cheated me for my incompetency on technical stuff.
2. They assured that I will get 80 kbps-120 kbps after 4 gb of 4G speed data usage, but I never achieved more than 20 kbps speed.
3. Airtel partner asked me for checking tower availability in my area before going for 4G device and internet service. He said they are not responsible for my issues.
4. Within two days of purchase I informed Airtel customer care and airtel partner for processing my refund as I am highly unsatisfied with the service, but with no help.
5. Terms and Conditions mentioned on their Airtel 4G website says that If end user is not satisfied with service and 4G device, same will be refunded to customer but now they denied for it. Terms and conditions attached for kind reference.
