I've ported my no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

Please resolve it as early as possible, i tried to connect customer care more than 5 times and everyone is recommending a different solution, it's very frustrating. I had never experienced such a behaviour from airtel earlier but this time it was terrible. Was this information helpful? |
