Airtel — airtel activating and charging for unwanted services

My mother (Phone number [protected]) is being charged rs 30 every week for some services that she never subscribed to. Specifically videopindw. I am not sure how many times she was charged but at least rs 60 or 90 has been charged (Rs 30 each week).

The final one was charged on:
Sunday dec 3rd 8:01 am
But it was also charged for the two sundays before that.

Please reverse these activation charges and also stop activating any add-on service without the customers confirmation!

There has been absolutely no response to this complaint and it appears the Rs30 is still being deducted per week.
Please take action immediately. This is daylight robbery.
