I have recharged my Airtel [protected] for Rs-399/-, as in Airtel My app it shows 56 days of validity and 1GBd data/day.
After the recharge i got the plan for only 30 days and data benefit of only 1.5 GB for 30 days.
This completely fraud and open loot. Somebody should take serious action for this open loot from airtel.
I call to customer care, the response was : Offer is withdrawn from Airtel.
If offer is withdrawn then why it is still available on My Airtel App?
It should be removed with an immediate effect in that case. Airtel is completing doing fraud business with customers.
There should be proper prior information to be provided.
If Airtel cannot provide the unlimited calls with 58 days of internet i.e. 1GB/day then i want refund for recharge done.
Customer care service is very worst, as they treat customers without their knowledge, and disconnect the calls.

By the way there is no any contact from airtel regarding the issue raised here.
Really it is terrific response from airtel, as they do not case customers concerns except looting public money.
If they cannot able to compete then why do they offer such tariffs and then LOOT.
Really disappointed by the kind of service and response from AIRTEL.
