Airtel — airtel airtel charging bill for unused and calling me to lok adalat ignoring my explanations | |
Today, i have received call from number, saying that they are calling from lok adalat court as a case was filed against me for outstanding airtel bill and they have sent me 2 notice (Which i have not received). I have been using bpl connection for very long time which got ported to airtel connection (After bharati airtel took over bpl) but after marriage i had to shift to another place. A few months back my mobile having airtel sim got lost somewhere in house itself and so i lost all connections. I called multiple times to customer care to provide me new sim against lost but didn't got proper response from customer service provider. Im still very surprised that how this much outstanding was shown on the unused sim. Also want to know that why they are calling now whereas airtel could have called me earlier to pay outstanding on my alternate number Now some one called me saying that she is from lok adalat that they have sent legal notice twice and have i received it. Also the airtel guy threatens me to appear before lok adalat for any explanations If this is not from lok adalat, am surprised how a company like airtel use these kinds of methods on their customers who are using airtel services from many years.
