Dear sir/madam,
I have taken a new broadband connection registered with number [protected] in the name of pankaj kala. On 26th may 2020 at the time of connection registration,
Due to network issue first time payment of rs.9617 got paused so i repaid the same amount.
But somehow when i saw my bank statement amount is been debited twice. I request you to please transfer rs. 9617 amount to the source account number back.
I paid through yes bank credit card and my payment due date is 09/07/20, so i have to pay interest if money not paid..
Below are the two txn id for my airtel xstream broadband account number - [protected]
Txn id[protected] and txn id 52306378 for amount rs. 9617.
Request you to process back the 9617 rupee at earliest to the source.
I am unable to reach airtel persons and also airtel customer care.
