Dear sir/madam,
I recharged my number-[protected] with rs 25 as it was showing in the offer box that they will provide me 56 minuts for 3 days but they only provided 145 mb 3g data, 4 days which is highly disappointing. I talked to the customer care to senior staff and the behaviour and the way of talking was even horrible. He was shouting and talking in the high tone which is not acceptable.
This was acceptable with such a big telecom company like airtel. I will definately take action against it if my problem is not resolved... So pls help me.
