This is regarding my complaint towards DTH connection wherein my TV connection has not been working since 30th June 2023. I have raised a complaint then . Everyday I listen that the technician is coming but such big liars I had never seen.
Airtel has closed my case on its own repeatedly and falsely assure me that they will send a technician by morning or evening but everything is false. I sometimes pity the customer care associates because they have to take the brunt of aggrieved customer due to the fault of Airtel Backend or operations team. They are incompetent and lack capability hence have not been sending any technician. They are just minting money from me by selling my Airtel black plan and charge my close to INR3000 every month. Such pathetic service. They don’t bother to call me either. I don’t know when my case will be resolved. Was this information helpful? |
