Airtel — Airtel black Internet disconnected, Ticket raised. No Resolution

On Friday 22nd September 8.37pm, I raised a complaint that my internet is not working. Network disconnected, These people don't even bother, person approached me for this internet setup Mr.Naveen([protected]). I contacted him twice for this issue. Because he promised me there won't be internet issue, Also in case any difficulty it will be resolved within 4 hours time frame. Called him twice on 22nd sep as well as on 23rd sep. Waste of my time, each and every time. He just say technician will come and resolve it at the earliest. I'm a working women, I got this internet connection for my work. It's been 2 days now without internet connection. No one seems to resolve this issue. It has been 2 days..Take 10 days of connection amount and return the balance.
