Airtel — Airtel Broadband Bill_[protected] | |||||
I decided to stop using my Airtel broadband as I was getting another broadband service with cheaper rates. Airtel customer care informed me that I am a valuable old cusomer of Airtel so my plan will be modified and I need to pay less and urged me to continue the connection. Now after receiving my monthly Airtel bill I don't see any change in plan. I contacted Airtel customer care at [protected]@in.airtel.com, but I have not received any reply yet. Last month I spent more than 100 Rs in Airtel customer care call, due to immature customer care executives of Airtel. I am not sure whether someone is really monitoring these email on Airtel side. It's very frustating customer service from Airtel. Even I forward the same mail to regional heads of Airtel but no gain. Was this information helpful? | |||||
