[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel Broadband Coimbatore - Losing 3 BB connections due to poor service

My name is SATHISH KUMAR RK residing at 5 AERODROME ROAD, SINGANALLUR POST, COIMBATORE 641005, is a BB user with 2 MBPS speed. Considering the fact that my neighbor is using 16MBPS speed for the same rental as mine, I have been requesting for 2 new connections (same address) for the past 8 months (March 2016 onwards) to AIRTEL Broadband team COIMBATORE. Payed twice for new connections. Said due to technical issues new connection was not possible and refunded the amount by last June 2016. Second time by Nov.5th 2016 I contacted AIRTEL BB COIMBATORE for 2 new connection one for my home and one for my brother's mobile shop. I was very confident in their second time commitment as they assured me 16MBPS is possible now and collected money and documents on 7th Nov.2016. For 2 weeks no response from the backend team regarding installation. After my repeated inquiry to customer care they say NEW CONNECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE IN MY LOCATION DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES. Then why the hell you give false commitment and collect money? Why can't you guys rectify the technical issue and provide good service? So due to this AIRTEL will lose 3 new BB connections at my location. Please note the way their service is. To tell the fact that the technical issue they say is the distance from my house to junction box. My house is just 5 FEET away from my neighbor who enjoy 16MBPS speed. And he is a defaulter too (Never pays bills in time). This company provides best service to such people and never bothers for valuable customers like me who uses multiple Airtel connections like postpaid airtel mobile connection, BB, Landline and who pays all AIRTEL dues dues by first week of every month itself (not even a single month due was left unpayed by me for the past 2 years). So if this is the case, then I don't want any service from Airtel. Please note AIRTEL COIMBATORE TEAM is giving false commitments to me and due to that I personally feel highly dissatisfied with their worst service. No higher authorities of Airtel are interested to solve my issue in Coimbatore. This is how they treat customers, and this is how their service is. Highly disappointed with AIRTEL COIMBATORE TEAM. I recommend the AIRTEL OFFICIALS TO TAKE STRICT ACTION on the team that gives false commitment to customers in my area and spoiling the name of AIRTEL the most efficient mobile and INTERNET service provider of India.

You guys call me in the busy office hours when I am at the meeting or discussion with my head, Don't you know the professional ethics about when to call a person during working hours? I already mailed to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com with contact details and the right time to call me. If we don't pay bills then you guys will keep calling all day long. How come that is possible and when customer raises a complaint you will say u contacted several times but can't reach. Very good service. Hats off.
