[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Broadband Connection delayed for reconnection for a period of 20 days | |||
I am James. I have a airtel fixed line connection and my landline no is [protected] account no: [protected] I want a reconnection with broadband for the same fixedline I have been following with customer care for the past one week later I sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 26-June-2015 reference no: LB[protected] I received a reply that there will be a call back within 2 hours. Till that day I have been receiving the calls from that time but till now they didnt provide the service. I have been repeatedly following with them and escalated to higher officials in E-mail to nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com After repeated follow up today(8-July-2015) I received a E-mail that they are unable to establish contact with you through mobile no. and due to technical reason there is no feasibility to provide connection.
