I have made payment to get connection for my New House in Thoripakkam
600 096, Chennai.
Initially as soon as enquire was placed sales person visited the site and said connection is available on assurance of the same I have placed the order.
But now when the installation team arrived I was informed all the point in the box are full it's impossible to get a connection . Once I get to know fact I called the service engineer ( Yuvaraj :-+[protected] he asuured he will get it resolved.
Next day when I called him regarding the same he didn't attend the call and he isn't attending the call till now.
I have raised the issue to airtel nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@airtel.com but both of them didn't resolve the issue and didn't even have courtesy to revert back. ( Have attached photos of the mail )
Hence, I would like to notify the issue to cancel my connection and refund my amount.
