Airtel — airtel broadband many issues

I am using airtel broadband since 1 year
And every month speed issue network issue raise.
They don’t know how to resolve the customer issue.
They only want money.
They know how to make fools.
They know how to give ads on tv.
I am using 300mbps of 2199₹ which billed including gst of 2595₹
And i get speed of 4mbps.
I will attach the screenshot with this complaint.
Every month i have to complain.
And everytime they say
Sorry sir this will not happen again.
And this is it.
Next week. I will take airtel to court with all the evidence how many days i have faced iissues (Slow speed, network disconnection).
Some times network gets disconnected and i complain them they tell me sir it will be resolved by 4 hours.
And again after 4 hours i have to agan ask them
And this comitement of 4hours was given by there seniour supervisors.

And if we dont pay bill they will fine us.
Tell me onething if you don’t give speed and connection
Then we should take you to the court.
You promised to give this much of speed.
