I have been using airtel broadband connection nearly 4 years, In recent days There is worst service giving by airtel. frequent disconnection in my line, poor service, Technical Engineers spoken very unprofessionally. They recently changed my plan to 499, earlier It was in the same plan after changed my plan. My all the airtel benefits was lost and restored it which i have got from DTH, Postpaid, prepaid connection. I registered the complaint regarding this but without any call It was marked as resolved.
Airtel Technical Team Manager was not good manner while speaking with customer. He said "You can do whatever you want" and also he given his employee code and designation.
