Airtel — airtel broadband pre-installation connection | |||
I had applied for airtel broadband connection and paid advance rental for six months for which i confirmed twice with sales person whether feasibility is available in my area and after confirming the same, payment was made to airtel. I waited for any communication for any further update and status but on checking, i was told that feasibility is not there in my area. I complained it to nodal office and appellate authority for refund amount for which i was asked to submit copy of cancelled cheque only. I refused to submit cancelled cheque and i was getting phone calls / email from their office with different statements that we will refund your amount once work order is cancelled within 7 days. Now when i submitted bank account details, they are insisting for cancelled cheque only and there is no rule to submit cheque only. It can be any mode. Request you to look into it and advise concern team to do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
