I am from Bangalore I opted to buy new broadband fiber connection from Airtel. So I booked the same from Airtel website after half an hour I got a call back into which I had asked twice about the fiber availability in my location they had also promised me to provide the same after the payment which includes 1000 installation charge and 499 plan + gst on both so they sent me link to pay I payed it and on next day they came for installation and I saw they where installing copper so I rejected and told them to refund full amount, but they convinced me to install and promised to give fiber connection within 10 days but after they were not picking my call so I called customer care they told that they nither can give fiber connection nor refund my money... So now you tell me is it my mistake I trusted Airtel and its employees and took connection, if I had not trusted the Airtel employee at the time of installation I would have got full refund but that person fooled me and installed, now I neither get my refund nor the expected speed of 40mbps I only get 8mbps from copper, pls give my full amount refund and take away your connection its your Airtel employee fault not mine why should I pay you for your fault.?
I request others to not get fooled like me, be strict and wise while taking connection don't compromise while taking connection pls Was this information helpful? |
