[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel (Customer care executive misbehaviour and rude) | |||
This is with reference to the subject Airtel telephone number. which was requested to be stopped in the month of Apr 2016. But to my dismay it was not taken seriously. And after being informed to us that your executive will visit us and take the bill amount it was never done till now. Now after so many months again last Wednesday I got a call from Ms. Himani from the no. [protected] with a rude comment that I am not picking her phone despite of no missed call from her end. I told her I am working in evening shift and I can not answer anybodys call in the morning. Moreover when I wake up I call all the missed call numbers. But because of no call being received from any such no. I never gave any call back. Theh I gave my sister's no. to her. She confirmed to send an executive. But again no executive was sent to us. My sister waited at home, keeping the bill amount ready. On 11 Nov 2016 after a week my sister got a call from Miss Himani saying that we are sending our executive. But my sister told her that she is going to bank for exchanging currency due to this currency problem but instead of asking the details the phone was immediately hung on her face. Then again in the afternoon, the executive called her from the no. [protected] saying he is coming and my sister replied that she is standing in the queue for currency exchange. He said its alright and to call him when she has exchanged the currency. After which immediately Miss Himani again called her and in a very rude way asked her why is she not paying the money. It was a very surprising statement on behalf of a prestigeous company like Airtel to a customer like ours who had always welcomed you people to collect money. And instead of not understanding the present scenario how can you treat your customer like this. Moreover when asked for cheque from my sister. she told her that it would be drawn by her brother and because her brother is having evening shift he is sleeping the answer she got by her is that he is always sleeping. Last but not the least when my sister asked about your late service the answer she got was that is all the service meant for you Was this information helpful? | |||
