Airtel — airtel customer care fake recharges & promises | |||||
I have done twice re-charges of rs.399 on 10th jul (Orderno:[protected] and on 21st jul (Orderno:[protected] and got confirmation from airtel customer care on 21st jul regarding the validity is till 12th dec (84days +84days=160days). But on 30th sep validity expired and when i called customer care they agreed and confirmed technical issue on 30th sep and on same they said again on 6th oct, senior manager asked me to call again. I waited for week again, but still my recharge not activated and i spoke with senior manger vijay & he is giving reason that "same amount recharge cannot be carry forward and it will only be carry forwarded if i would have recharged on same date and your recharge is not applicable now". I was shocked & asked him 1. If recharge was not applicable where my money gone 2.in their offer t&c, no where mentioned that same recharge should be done on same day 3. Why the two other senior managers promised me about the offer validity expires in dec 2017. I recharged Airtel for 199 taka * 121 * 51 # and checked for 199 taka for 28 days and 1.5 gb net show but I got 1 gb and 24 days.
