Airtel — airtel deactivated my number when I requested for port | |
I have shifted from mumbai to banglore. I already had airtel postpaid number since past 5 years. I have raised a request for circle change from mumbai to karnatka on 13th dec 2017. But instead of circle change airtel has deactivated my number from all the services on 19th december 2017 without any notification. Since that day i am calling customer care again and again, dropping emails, visiting airtel stores but no one. Is helping. This is really very ridiculous as i cant do any online transaction or anything as it was my registered number since past 5 years. Also yesterday airtel guy gave me new sim raised request for the activation but still its not working and you guys are again not responding. I had paid advance payment as well. Also it cost me lots of money as i was unable to do any online payment on my due dates. My complaint number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
