Airtel — Airtel deducted main balance for data usage | |||
On[protected] I recharged my Airtel Prepaid number +91 [protected] for Rs.200/- and today on[protected] my Balance drastically came down to Rs.108/- when contacted Airtel they said Rs.70/- has been deducted due to data usage. No information was given to me about the expiry of my data validity/30days. Airtel started deducting from main balance without any intimation. This is business malpractice, please refund my money back. If internet pack is over, Airtel should have stopped providing me internet services rather then deducting main balance. Please refund!!
