Airtel — airtel digital tv detective set top box not replaced

My Airtel DTH Set Top Box stopped working from 28th September onwards. Even after multiple complaints to Customer Care and Nodal Office Team, my set top box has not been replaced. Multiple dishonest and hollow assurances were given but without any concrete results. My Customer ID is [protected].

I need my Set Top Box replaced as soon as possible.

I have already started full DND service after that i have received advertising messages, i call 198 and 1909 customer service but customer service is very poor they don't register my complaints about DND SERVICE
