My name is Naveen Kumar Saxena
My 'Airtel Digital TV HD Recorder' is not recording shows anymore nor it showcases any previous recordings, also it hangs a-lot (Error Code HDD001). I discussed these issues with Airtel Customer Care (Toll Free no. '12150') on 29th December 2015, they assured the setup box will be REPLACED BEFORE 5th January 2016 as it is under warranty period. We have been calling them since 4th Jan daily regarding this issue because they just say 'sorry It will be done by tomorrow 3 pm', also 'our technician will call you before coming to your house'. Nobody calls, nobody comes. Few days back they even said that our technician has left his house with your new setup box and he will reach you within an hour, as usual nobody came and no calls. So we decided to lodge a written complaint on

I used [protected]@gmail.com email-Id to file this complaint.
It says 'our representatives will contact you shortly'.
Even that didn't work out, no call received yet.
Desirable solution: Replacement of the setup box as fast as possible.
