YOUR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE NISHA CALLED ME ON MY REGISTERED NO FOR MY ACCOUNT; TO GIEV EM Ref no:56250126, WHEER SHE GAEM ME 2 MONTHS FO FREE EXTENSION AT A LOWER PLAN ON MY DONGLE...WHICH I HAD GIVEN REQUEST TO DISCONNECT..
KINDLY LET EM KNOW THE VALIDITY DATE AND MY PLAN...
I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY BILL DURING ENXT 2 MONTSH ON THIS NO AS PER MY CONVERSATION...
As per conversation, I was to receive 1 GB unlimited plan where I was t receive a bill of 250/- plus taxes equal to 280.90/- every month for 1 GB data plan,
This went on correctly for last 4-5 months but I received a wrong bill of more than 1100/-, which is inethical and cheat by Airtel,
I WILL NOT PAY THIS BILL, UNLESS U CORRECT THIS PER OUR DICSUSION WHERE I HAD STATED MY WISH TO CLOSE TH AIRTEL CONNECTION PER Ref no: 56250126;
