Hi,
My airtel DTH number is [protected] and i am using for more than 5 yrs now. On saturday (01-Jul-2017) I have raised a complaint[protected] that my TV clarity is not good and signal strength & Quality is very poor. I have given the appointment for same day from 4 to 5 PM. While i was out, I received the call from Customer executive ( [protected]) around 1PM and he told that he was nearby my house .so we changed our plan and rushed to the home in 20 mins and when i call that guy. He calmly saying that he went out and will come back by 3 PM. I explained him, i have given appointment at 4 to 5PM and you came very early and when we reach home and you were not there.. he arrogantly replying, that how it is and he will come on his own time and not as per customer request. I have called DTH customer care and raised the complaint against the guy and asked some one to be at my home by 4PM. then around 5: 15 PM the same guy is called told he is ready to come. Whole day we are waited for the guy and this guy without any respect coming by own time and even customer care is damn care of this issue. Still the issue is not resolved and i received a text stating that they tried reaching me and i was not available.
this is second instance with same guy. Same guy came on 11-June-2017 for the same problem and told the issue is fixed and charged 150 rs.
I surprised to see how Airtel customer executive are becoming irresponsible and arrogant to the customer. If the issue is not resolved then i have to move to other vendors like Tata sky.
