Hello,
I am requesting you, to take suitable action against airtel digital tv,. As they have charged me 5999 on dec 7th 2018 for providing 1 year service as per infinity plan and later in 18th aug 2019 as per trai regulations dth plans have got changed and suddenly without customer acceptance they have settled 1692.76 amount in my account and suddenly today suspended my connection reason due to low balance.
My dth id no.[[protected]-001].
My yearly subscription
Rs.5999/- only.
Settled amount is 1692.76 on august 18th
For december to august plan was find and fron august to oct 13 they have charged 1692.76
As per my plan 5999/365 = 16.43 per day
From aug 18 to oct 13 = 1692.76/87 = 19.45 per day..
Due to this end of the day ultimate looser is customer..
What ever the plans are what is the use if they were done with recharge today and not available tomorrow how come a customer be fooled by these service providers.
The customer care people tell the irrelevant answers and if we ask proper questions they will say we don't have authority to do that..
