[Resolved] Airtel — airtel dth connection - requested refund - not got - no one contacted | |||||
I ha taken a new dth connection online on 3th june this year I waited for so many days. No one called me for installation. Then again i called multiple times to their customer care. No on e helped. Finally i raised a request for cancellation. Then someone called and said they will install, i said them to proceed with cancellation as it was already 9 days after i bought it and no one came for installation. They accepted it and promised me that they will give a refund in 7 working days. It has been 23 days now, i have been calling them 3 to 4 times on a daily basis to get my money back. No luck. I have recharged @94 rupees but wasn't able to get my account. Kindly request to refund that particular amount to my account which I mentioned below the number.
