A very bad experience of airtel customer service. Being a brand you people don't know how to serve your customers. My dth services are not working since 28th june 2018, now its 4 days; i, e. 1ist july its not been fixed now.
I have called customer care 100 times, your executive fool us by giving false commitments and saying we will send technician in one hour two hours, by 2 pm, by 8 pm, but no one came to help us. I am calling you guys like fools from past four days and you people are not ready to help us.
Very bad service, now as customer i will make sure to post this bad incident on every social media platform so that people would know how badly you treat your customers.
