[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel dth dish tv | |||
We had an airtel dth connection we have recently relocated to navi mumbai. After moving into the new premises and a number calls made to customer care for relocation of dth connection, we call customer care again and again for 2 weeks for complaining about the relocation. Customer care excutive is told today engineer will come and resolve your problem but till date engineer not come. They purposely taking wrong pin code. They again and again just taking complaints and telling engineer will come and we send message to you the phone no. And name of engineer. But message never come and engineer also never come. This is very rediculus and very bad experience about the airtel company. We don't know why airtel is not look into this matter because soooo many complaints about the reinstallation of dth. understand rs 99.00 debited last week from my account of my mobile number[protected] as "ir99" which was not authorised by me.
Please refund it to the same account, and write to me an email at [protected]@gmail.Com, why & what is the benefits of it, may be in future, i will think about it.
