Dear sir,
My name is hemant m. Mevada, ahmedabad. I have bought new airtel dth connection in feb-19 (Customer id: [protected]).in this regards, my airtel dth connection is expired in mar-19 (1st month). So, i had recharge of rs.320 thru my airtel app via debit card on 29.03.19. But the same time recharge not done & rs.320 deducted from my account & very next day i complaint in airtel dth customer care & several times. But their executive & sr. Executive not unable to give me proper answer of recharge refund last seven days & hold/disconnect my calls several times. I have talked/called (10-15 calls at least 20 minutes call duration) to airtel dth customer care.
So, i humbly request to take necessary action against airtel dth customer care executive/sr. Executive of my recharge refund.
