I have done airtel dth to wrong account ([protected]) instead of [protected] due to oversight. Kindly add/ transfer rs 300 to my airtel dth account bearing customer id: [protected]. Based on my earlier email which was sent yesterday you provided me with service reference number 24716564 but without resolving the issue you have closed the complaint/ service number 24716564 for your airtel digital tv. My airtel digital tv account balance s still showing as zero ('0'). Kindly transfer rs 300 to my airtel digital tv account immediately. You cannot cheat the customers without resolving their problems else we will say good bye to airtel digital tv forever.
