I would like to complaint against airtel dth service. My dth service is stopped on 1st feb 2019 even though i had rs 403 balance. When i called tollfree number at 121 customer care executive told me that there is technical issue and it will resolved shortly. It is more than 7 days now and service has not resumed but balance is reducing is everyday without providing service.
On 7th feb 2019 balance is rs 311. I tried to call several times to customer care to know about the service they did not reply properly. Always saying to call after 4 hours again i called after 4 hours they said call after 2 hours. I want to know if they are not providing any service then why they are charging for nothing. Is there any govt agency or department to take action against this kind of cheating. Was this information helpful? |
