I have a family plan and being charged extra consistently for 3 months now in spite of complaining every time. Say, i have 1000 free minutes and i use only 500 minutes out of it and then 200 minutes within cug then ideally i should not get extra bill but you are charging me for 200 calls saying cug charges. First month i noticed this i called 121 and your guy accepted the issue and reverted the amount, same happened next month as well. My only issue is that why do i need to call you every month to do when you have assured that this will not happen, but no action is taken from your side. I am frustrated.
Last month here i was assured that this will be resolved but it did not. You guys are just adding up to my frustration by failing to resolve after so many complaints. What do you expect me to do now. Also you never compensate the losses and frustration. Its like you don't need customers at all.
