Airtel — airtel fraud - superstore service activated without consent and balance deducted | |
My name is nitin jain & my airtel mobile number is +91-[protected] Airtel have charge me rs 50 on 10 april 2016 at 06:00 am for superstore service. After talk with customer care they told me the service is active by internet & they can't t refund my money as its more than 24hr of service activation so i am not eligible for refund. I have not used my mobile for any purpose from 1am to 6am, also my mobile internet was not active at that time. Airtel have activate service without my consent. If airtel does not solve it & refund me i have to transfer my number other other operator using mnp. This is not the first time airtel activate service without my consent its happen before. Below is the service activation msg i received : super store service has been activated @ rs50.0 for 15day (S). Txn id s[protected], 10apr18 06:00. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.
