Airtel — airtel gallery complaint regarding porting | |||
Hi, When i went to the airtel gallary near me, they said that i will have to recharge with minimum 250/- only then port in is possible. I said i just want to porn in. I'll recharge later. The guy said they have to enter the plan while porting in. I then gave him 500 rs for 90 days plan. He said i will have to call him to activate the plan once porting is complete. The porting completed yesterday. I called the guy he said we will open the gallary tomorrow at 11 am then call again. When i checked today they have still not opened the gallary. I can't use the phone even after paying the money. First of all, i think it's not necessary to activate minimum 250 rs plan to port in. You can't force the customer. Secondly, they are opening the gallery on time. They open it according to their convenience. I am still waiting for the recharge to be done. When i called the guy again for recharge, he said do whatever you want to do. I will only recharge when the store will open. He said go complaint. I don't care. He is so rude and does not care about customer. I now want my 500 refund and don't want to recharge. Please help.
